55 year old Cedric was least seen by a friend on 26th July 2023, at an address on Nation Road, Pepper District, Santa Cruz, St Elizabeth.
Cedric is 5ft 8ins (173 cms) tall and of slim build. He is bald with brown eyes. He was likely wearing a navy or black baseball cap with a t-shirt and dark coloured jeans. He may have been carrying a dark coloured rucksack with documents inside.
There a very serious concerns for Cedric's safety and his family are exceptionally worried.
